Open Tech Services is proud to announce the recent launch of our new website!
Open Tech partnered with NH based website development firm FirstTracks Marketing Group on the complete site overhaul. Starting from scratch, the site has been redesigned from the ground up and is packed with a wealth of new information in a clear and concise format.
“This first release phase of the new design is all about design, quality and accessibility,” said Matthew Nelson, FirstTracks Interactive Media Director. “ The new site features improved navigation and a host of new sections and content, which boasts faster loading times and responsive design compatibility for your iPad and mobile device. All designed to make it easier and faster for customers and clients to get what they need however they want it faster.”
The new OpenTech-us.com site with enhanced SEO, fresh content and a new powerful content management platform positions the company to better connect with customers and resellers, attract more visitors and ultimately generate more leads and growth.
“We feel the new site is a better reflection of the brand in general, but more importantly a better reflection of where the company is heading as opposed to where it’s been,” said David Higgins III, Open Tech CEO. Although very attractive and easily navigable, the new site is not just about graphics and text, but evidence of the company behind it developing a sense of trust with current and future customers.
“We’re really excited about the Reseller Portal and the seemingly endless possibilities it will provide to better support our dealers’ efforts, said Higgins.” The portal houses product brochures for now, but will expand to include an image library, a demo scheduler and possibly a quote generator.
In the short-term Open Tech will work to maintain a blog and news section with regularly added fresh content, grow the case study library, and implement tools to augment various marketing campaigns and increase social media activity. In the long-term Open Tech looks to add Video Demonstrations, an interactive Software Support section, and a Dealer Finder tool.
“It’s an ever evolving effort of course, but the whole goal of the re-design was to create a better experience for users and establish a foundation where the website can become a live marketing and support entity onto itself. And we feel we now have the right tools to accomplish this” added Higgins.
